A copy can be damaged, incomplete, shuffled or duplicated. Test it before releasing it. Retry replaces the received data with a clean local copy.

What counts as complete?
All three distinct piece numbers must match their trusted fingerprints. Two copies of piece 1 still leave piece 2 missing. A shuffled copy can be complete.
